ProfessionalPic provides AI-powered portrait generation services. We use advanced machine learning models to generate professional portraits based on photos you provide.

3. User Content & Rights

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You own the finished portraits generated by our service and are free to use them for personal or professional purposes.

4. Payments & Refunds

Generating a preview is free. Unlocking the high-definition, unblurred portrait requires payment. If you'd like a refund, email contact@ayer.dev to request one. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not upload images that are illegal, offensive, or violate the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
